Position Overview

This is a full-time Business Development Representative career opportunity with Jason Hertel State Farm in Madras, OR, designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach to prospects and existing customers
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required - we will train you
  • Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
  • Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 per year
